Shipping Methods


At SonRidge LLC we do everything we can to ensure that your item arrives as soon as possible. However, delivery times vary depending on the method of shipment you choose. All of our shipments are sent via UPS, but in certain circumstances such as over-sized items other methods are used. If you must receive a package on a particular day or on a Saturday, please call our customer service representative at 413-783-4313 to determine which method of shipping you should choose. For Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping, or if your order is placed after 3:00pm EST, it will be shipped the following day (not including Saturday or Sunday). Please call us if you need Saturday delivery. The following delivery ranges are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays. Most of our items ship from Massachusetts, so if you are on the west coast you should expect the longest delivery time.

Overnight Shipping

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are delivered within 1-2 business days. Additional charges apply. For a shipping quote on larger orders, please call our customer service representative.

2-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are delivered within 2 business days (Monday-Friday delivery).

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are delivered within 3 business days (Monday-Friday delivery).


Drop Shipped Items


In some instances select products are shipped from another location and may require extra delivery time. Custom items always require additional time. Heavyweight items and International shipping usually require additional charges, please contact us for a quote before submitting your order.


International

All International orders are shipped UPS, or by an approved freight carrier.
Shipping rates do not include tariffs, duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. All brokerage tax, bonds, tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ based on your shipper characteristics and the characteristics of, and services requested for, packages actually tendered to UPS.
Rates quoted are based on UPS published rates and do not include incentives or special programs.
 

Freight

Due to unusual size or shape, some items require freight delivery. If your order shipping charges cannot be calculated online you will be notified of your shipping costs as quickly as possible and will only be charged when customer approval is obtained.
Freight prices will vary dependent on item(s) and shipping destination.
The following rules apply to all freight deliveries:

Freight deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address and phone number.
Freight delivery must be signed for in person.
Freight companies are not responsible for carrying merchandise into your home.
